Women's Self Defense Seminar - Sunday, November 8th, 2009

Once again Sharon Bonewicz and BJJ United will be hosting a Women's Only self defense seminar Fight Like A Girl through the Rape Escape Method. This will be a 3 hour seminar covering the basics. It is easy to learn and anyone can do it. At the last seminar I had an age range of 13-55 and everyone was able to execute the techniques without any problems. This is a Level I Seminar, the cost it $25.00

(If you have already taken the Level I and want to retake it the cost is $10.00. If you bring 2 women with you then it is free to retake. )

You will learn the basic solutions to the most common sexual assault scenarios. Beause of the time constraints I have to limit and pick and choose which techniques I think are the most important, but I am open for questions. The only thing we will NOT cover is weapons defense. Although these situations are common, you will not learn anything effective in a limited amount of time in a 3 hr course.

Wear something comfortable to move around. We will be working on the mats so no shoes. Socks are allowed.

ps. A Level II Seminar is being scheduled for the end of November. When times are tough studies show crime goes up. Don't be a victim!
