Jared and JT do it big in Europe

Bjj United Brown Belt stand out JT Torres continues on his hot streak by once again winning his weight class and absolute class at the cbjj European championships last weekend. JT went on to win 9 fights and only had a total of 4 points scored against him the whole weekend. Just a reminder that he has now won the Asian Cbjj event weight and open, the U.S. open Weight and open, The Cbjj no-gi Worlds weight, the Cbjj no-gi Pan am weight, and now the European Cbjj weight and open!!!! WOW!!!! Don't forget he is only 19 years young!!!!

Bjj United Head Instructor Jared Weiner also kept his podium hot streak alive by bringing home the silver medal in the black belt light weight masters division. Jared put out a dominating performance but came up just a little short in the finals against long time rival carlos "portuguese" Viera. If you know Jared, you know he is not satisfied with silver. Jared personaly told me that he is gonna train 10 times harder for the pan ams next month in California and aim for the gold!! Jared has won or placed in the last 4 major Cbjj events he has fought in, pan ams, brasilerios, no-gi pan am, and the Europeans. We are all very proud of him here at BJJ UNITED!!
